Brad Pitt** is no match for legions of Twihards.
For the third week in a row, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 reigned supreme at the box office. Earning $17.4 million over the weekend, the fifth and final film in the franchise -- which stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson**, Taylor Lautner**, Nikki Reed**, Kellan Lutz**, Ashley Greene and Peter Facinelli** -- has generated more than $700 million in worldwide revenue since its Nov. 16 release.
Daniel Craig**'s Skyfall held on to the No. 2 spot with $17 million, bringing its worldwide total to around $850 million. Lincoln, starring Daniel Day Lewis and Sally Field, placed third with $13.5 million.
Rise of the Guardians was close behind in fourth place with $13.5 million. Life of Pi finished in fifth place with $12 million, while Wreck-It Ralph placed sixth with $7 million.
Pitt's Killing Them Softly underperformed in its opening weekend, earning $6.9 million for a seventh place finish.
Rounding out the top 10 were Red Dawn (No. 8, $6.6 million), Flight (No. 9, $4.5 million) and Silver Linings Playbook (No. 10, $3.2 million).
