TJ Lavin finally tied the knot!

The BMX rider and host of MTV's The Challenge, 35, married his girlfriend of eight years, Roxanna Siordia, on Friday, Nov. 2.

"Yep, it's official!" bride Siordia confirmed to Us Weekly.

On the day of his wedding, Lavin, 35, tweeted a photo of himself and his bride at City Hall in Las Vegas. "Tried to get away but to no avail!" Lavin jokingly captioned the picture of Siordia trying to hang onto him as he ran away.

Lavin wore an all black suit, while Siordia wore a short, sexy white dress for the ceremony.

"Roxanne Siordia is now Mrs. Lavin," he tweeted. "I'm a lucky guy . . .!"

It's a very happy comeback for Lavin after a life-threatening accident over two years ago.

On Oct. 14, 2010, the BMX star was put into a medically induced coma after crashing his bike during a Dew Tour event in Las Vegas. Siordia was by his side "every day," Chas Aday, Lavin's friend, manager and business partner told Us at the time. He was released from the hospital one month later.
