Their romance had a rocky ending in 2011, but Kailyn Lowry and her ex-boyfriend Jordan Wenner are slowly getting back to being on better terms.

On the Nov. 19 episode of MTV's Teen Mom 2, Lowry meets up with Wenner -- whom she cheated on with the father of her son, Isaac, during season 2 -- to chat about life since their split.

"I'm glad we're speaking to each other again," Lowry says, explaining that she hasn't spoken to her mother, Suzi, in six months. "I know everything isn't 100 percent with us, but I've been wanting to talk to you about my mom and stuff -- you've been with me through a lot."

As Lowry's son, Isaac, looks on, Wenner tells Lowry he misses the closeness they once shared. "No matter what kind of terms we're on, I'm there for you -- and for him. I do love you, Kail," he tells her.

Kissing Lowry in the heat of the moment, Wenner admits that he wouldn't mind giving their romance a second shot -- despite their history. "At least now we're in the same book, if not on the same page. I'm a little ahead -- you've got to catch up. Hopefully we can move forward and make things work if it's what you want," he tells her in a preview clip. "It's what I want."

Filming her reunion with Wenner months ago, Lowry's love life is looking up -- but not in the way her ex-boyfriend may have hoped. In September, the reality star announced her engagement to Javi Marroquin. Beamed Lowry's new man at the time: "Couldn't even dream about the way my life is turning out to be!"

Teen Mom 2 airs Monday at 10 p.m. (EST) on MTV.
