The Sundance Film Festival, sandwiched between the Golden Globes and SAGs (coming up this Saturday, Jan. 26), offers stars a respite from the heels and high-fashion hoopla that surround those two awards shows. In Park City, Utah, where the altitude is high and the attitude low-key, celebs like to let it all hang out—stylishly, of course.
Here are our four favorite Sundance street looks:
Naomi Watts**: The Oscar nominee, in town to promote her movie Two Mothers, couldn't look more chic in black leather skinny pants (no mom jeans here!), a baggy draped gray cardigan, and velcro Isabel Marant high-tops.
Keri Russell**: The Americans star, perhaps channeling her Felicity co-ed days, looked youthful and preppy in distressed ankle jeans, an oversized sweater, and worn-in ankle boots. The actress stars in Austenland, which premiered at Sundance.
Julianne Moore: The redhead, who has a turn in Don Jon's Addiction, mixes two looks here—a high-collared, prim and proper silk blouse and sexy black leather pants. And somehow it works.
Amanda Seyfried**: She may have played porn star Linda Lovelace in Lovelace, but at Sundance, the blonde beauty chose a more conservative route for her outfits, opting for a Michael Kors blazer layered over a patterned sweater.
