With CBS' Partners canceled, Sophia Bush is free to experiment with her look -- and that's exactly what she's done!

The TV star, 30, showed off her brand new bangs during a private Joe's Jeans dinner in L.A. Dec. 6. Wearing a leather pencil skirt, nude Christian Louboutin heels and a plaid jacket with leather sleeves, Bush flashed her megawatt smile for photographers.

The One Tree Hill alum spent the evening dining with Justin Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, and his brother, Adam Braun, who founded the nonprofit organization Pencils of Promise.

Bush is currently using Crowd Rise to raise funds to help Pencils of Promise build a new school in Guadalupana.

"I attended an impact trip to Guadalupana and what struck me immediately was just how high need the community is. And that's where my Impossible came from. Could I raise the money to build a school? One three-room structure costs $30,000," the actress wrote on the site. "I volunteered to give my 30th birthday to PoP and we were able to build two new schools and make such an incredible impact for these children. I'm so in love with the work that PoP is doing that I want to help more."

As an extra incentive, Bush has promised to give autographed pictures to the first 50 people to donate at least $25 before Dec. 8. "Mozilla Firefox is giving away $50,000 to the fundraiser that raises the most right now," she added. "Please, please, please donate and help me rally up support for Pencils of Promise."
