Sharon Stone was taken to a hospital in Milan, Italy on Saturday Sept. 22 after fainting at a Fendi fashion show. "She had fainted and was out cold," a source tells Us Weekly. "It was scary."

But all is well for the still-stunning Basic Instinct actress and longtime AIDS activist, 54, who was in the Italian city for an amfAR benefit.

"Sharon experienced migraine related symptoms, and we all felt it best that she got checked out before the amfAR event," a rep for amFAR tells Us Weekly. "She was examined and given a clean bill of health. And as she said, wild horses couldn't keep her away."

At Stone's side during the Fendi show? Her hunky boyfriend Martin Mica -- a 27-year-old Argentinian model -- with whom she was photographed holding hands as they watched from the front row.

The twice-divorced Oscar nominee is mom to three sons: Roan, Laird and Quinn.

Love sharon shes nt that great an actress but she does have a tell u like it is attitude that i jus love love love.... I think that last hubby a hers wasnt all that so u go girl w/ur young hunk ur a beautiful woman

She did have surgery for a brain tumor some years ago. I hope all is well with her. Long time fan of hers and I've always admired that 'ball busting' attitude of hers. But, I also think Ms. Stone can be bat-sh*t crazy at times...

Sharon Stone is one lucky woman! I do hope she is ok, but it is probably because of her extremely young, perfectly smokin hot (where was this man when I was single) *** machine, lol. Seriously check out his soccer ball pics on the web. This man shoud play Mr. Grey, and be more mainstreamed here in the US.
