Little baby trainers! Shakira**'s boyfriend Gerard Pique shared the first picture of their son Milan via WhoSay Wednesday, Jan. 23 -- but only of his feet.

"Milan's feet!" the soccer hunk wrote beneath a shot of Milan's white Nike sneakers -- customized with his name. Though they're tiny baby shoes, they still managed to look enormous on the one-day-old baby boy, who was still wearing his medical ID bracelet around his ankle.

Shakira, 35, and Pique, 25, welcomed son Milan Pique Mebarak on Jan. 22 in Barcelona, Spain, with the new mom announcing her son's birth -- and explaining the moniker -- on her website. "The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification," the statement read. "Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth." (Dad Pique plays as a centre-back for Futbol Club Barcelona.)

Baby Milan weighed 6lbs., 6 ounces at birth, and the statement said that "both mother and child are in excellent health."

The Voice mentor and her Spanish soccer star beau have been dating since March 2011; about a week before Milan's birth, they threw a virtual baby shower before their son's arrival with gifts going to charity.

"To celebrate the arrival of our first child, we hope that, in his name, other less privileged children in the world can have their basic needs covered through gifts and donations," the invitation, which included a stunning photo of Shakira's bare baby bump, read. "Thank you for sharing this unforgettable moment with us."
