As the host of American Idol, an on-air personality for E!, and host of his own syndicated radio show, Ryan Seacrest** meets and interviews a lot of gorgeous women. But off the clock, the multi-talented 38-year-old has eyes only for Safe Haven actress Julianne Hough**, his girlfriend of more than two years. Seacrest gushed about his longtime love on Tuesday, Jan. 22, during an appearance on fellow E! star Chelsea Handler's show, Chelsea Lately.

"She's so beautiful...stunning," he said when the comedienne showed a picture of the couple at the Golden Globes. (Hough, 25, turned heads at the event** in a white tulle and gold-embroidered Monique Lhuillier gown.) "She is phenomenal. She's the best part of every day," he gushed as the audience let out a collective "awww."

Asked when the two plan to settle down and start a family, Seacrest said coyly, "She'll be the first one to know." Then, turning the question on his hostess, he asked, "Well, when are you getting married?"

"I'm not going to get married, Ryan. I'm not interested in that. I don't have to prove to people that I'm straight," joked Handler, who reunited with her hotelier beau Andre Balazs in November.

Earlier this month, the American Idol host talked about his and Hough's romantic plans for Feb. 14. "I love Valentine's Day. It's one of my favorites," he told Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan during an appearance on Live! With Kelly and Michael. Later, responding to Ripa's question about whether this year's holiday might include a "big fat ring" for his lady, he teased, "Her movie [Safe Haven] launches that day. She'll be spending it with Josh Duhamel."

No matter -- for Hough, every day with her beau is a special one. As she told Us Weekly in October, "I'm kind of dating my first celebrity crush, so I feel pretty fortunate."
