Jessica Simpson has been uncharacteristically quiet on Twitter over the past several weeks. But just before Thanksgiving -- and about a week before Us Weekly broke news of her surprise second pregnancy -- the 31-year-old ws feeling philosophical on the microblogging site.

Re-tweeting a quote from the Inspirational Women @FamousWomen Twitter handle, the Fashion Star mentor left an intriguing clue.

"Eventually all things fall into place. Until then, laugh at the confusion, live for the moments, and know everything happens for a reason," the tweet read.

Indeed, as a pal recently revealed to Us Weekly, Simpson's second pregnancy "definitely wasn't planned." Still, Simpson "loves being a mom," the pal added. "She really is overjoyed." (Simpson and her rep have still not released any comments about the pregnancy news.)

The next day after posting that telling quote--Thanksgiving--the singer shared adorable new snaps of her daughter Maxwell, 7 months, with fiance Eric Johnson.

"I am so grateful for my new lil family! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!"

Future big sister Maxwell "is a total mommy's girl," another source added. "She just wants to be held by Jessica."

We agree but on the other hand back to back pregnancies is not good for your health. U hve to give ur body time to heal b4 another baby.

Further, as l said before... Til Jess confirms another baby, l believe nothing on this freakshow gossip website. US can't even use spell check properly... I support Team Jess. WE.. She doesn't even need your $4 million endorsement. She had a multi million/billion empire without you... I'd go to Jenny Craig before WW based on their so called contract negate.... F U haters...

@EasyBreezy, that's funny! The reason why she probably not rushing to marry that dude is because she don't want to pay out like Halle's doing for Aubry. Jessica is probably trying to work an iron clad prenup out before she marries this new guy. If I'm correct, I think she has to pay Nick Lachey some money when they divorced. Not sure though.

What would you do if this one is a boy and she went ahead and make more? you are not the one responsible for taking care of her kids so it shouldn't matter to you how many she make. As l said before, when l hear it out if Jess's mouth l don't believe it. Nothing is confirmed til then. If she is, people should be happy for her. She has the life she wanted, to be a mom. I will always be a Jess supporter...
