Motherhood is twice as nice for new mom Anna Paquin!

The True Blood star kept her 2-month-old twins close to her heart -- literally -- as she strolled around Venice Beach on Sunday, Nov. 25, with both babies resting comfortably in slings strapped to her chest.

Showing off her slim post-pregnancy body in dark skinny jeans, a grey top, and a black cardigan sweater, the 30-year-old Oscar winner appeared completely at ease juggling two infants at once. She lovingly stroked their tiny heads, which just barely peeked out above the carrier, while also shouldering a large tote and sipping from a bottle of juice.

Paquin and husband Stephen Moyer**, whom she met on the set of HBO's True Blood and married in 2010, welcomed the babies back in September, just a few months after Us Weekly broke the news that the actress was expecting for the first time. Moyer, 42, is already a father to two kids, Lilac, 10, and Billy, 12, from previous relationships.

The ultraprivate couple have remained tight-lipped about the names and genders of their newborns, but a source confirmed to Us that the pair had a boy and a girl.

Earlier this month, the proud parents stepped out with the twins for a sunny lunchtime stroll to C&O Trattoria in L.A.'s Venice neighborhood -- one of their first excursions as a family since bringing the babies home from the hospital.

"The twins were covered up, but Anna and Stephen would lift the blankets to check on them every few minutes," an onlooker told Us of the outing. "They seemed like they didn't even have to talk -- they just kept looking at each other and smiling."
