The Duchess of Cambridge -- now a first-time mum-to-be -- is back at home and on the mend!

On Thursday Dec. 6, Prince William** escorted his pregnant wife Kate Middleton out of London's King Edward VII Hospital. Bound for Kensington Palace, the still-slim Kate, 30, clutched a bouquet of yellow flowers and wore a blue coat, lavendar scarf and knee-high boots.

It's the first time the world-famous royal has been photographed since the Palace confirmed her pregnancy on Monday -- when she checked in to be treated for Hyperemesis Gravidarium, an extreme form of morning sickness.

Middleton briefly assured reporters that she's feeling "much better."

"The Duchess of Cambridge has been discharged from the King Edward VII Hospital and will now head to Kensington Palace for a period of rest," the Palace tells Us Weekly in a statement. "Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank the staff at the hospital for the care and treatment The Duchess has received."

During her three-night stay, the future Queen received frequent visits from husband of 19 months William, 30, plus her mother Carole and siblings Pippa and James, among others.

"Trying for a baby has been their priority, a royal confidant told Us shortly before the couple revealed their happy news. "They're both excited to be focusing on a new chapter in their lives."

Camilla is and will be known as the Duchess of Cornwall. I think because she was divorced that it negates her possibly becoming Queen Camilla. Hey, don't shoot me if I'm wrong. Lol.

@sheesh....Prince Charles most likely won't skip the throne. He's the longest living person in history to await being King. Also, it's not just England, it's all of Great Britain, and believe it or not, he's actually quite admired there now. After his divorce and then the death of Princess Diana, most of us Brits didn't like any of the elder Royals, but now they have been very much forgiven. The issue isn't having Prince Charles on the Throne, it's if he decides to make Camilla, Queen. That would be a mistake. Anyway, Prince Charles has stated in many interviews that he doesn't like to think about being King, as it means his mother will have passed away.

To the person who asked why she isn't referred to as Princess Catherine. Currently - Wlliam is 2nd in line to the throne behind his father. 1st in line to the throne is titled - Prince of Wales. 2nd in line to the throne is titled - Duke of Cambridge, which is why she is Duchess of Cambridge. When and if Charles ascends the throne, William and Catherine will be titled - Prince and Princess of Wales. However, I wouldn't be surprised if the Queen retires and Charles is skipped in succession and William is made King. Charles is not very popular in England.
