It's an honor to be . . . invited to a gift lounge! As the 2013 awards season ends with a very big, glam bang at Sunday night's Academy Awards, stars taking part in the many celebrations have been scooping up primo (free!) items at sponsored gift lounges set up in Hollywood over the past two months. Here, Us Weekly rounds up just a few of the suites (and treats) that A-listers have been visiting during Oscar week.

At Kari Feinstein's Oscars Style lounge, stars like Jessica Chastain**, Ed Westwick**, Paula Abdul, Amy Smart and Rumer Willis **picked up gift bags with the following goodies: Gold and quartz necklaces from the Nalukai collection, retailing at $2,800; Neelia Fine Jewelry from Paris, with average gifted pieces ranging from $4,000 to $6,000; a Polaris bike, $3,000; Tassimo coffee machine, $170; Surfset Fitness surfboard, $450; Caribbean Life magazine gifted celebs with a five-day stay at the Hard Rock Hotel and Resort in Punta Cana in the the Dominican Republic.

During Saturday night's Independent Spirit Film Awards in Santa Monica, Jeremy Renner, Emily Mortimer, Paula Patton, Laura Dern, Nina Dobrev**, Kerry Washington** and other celebs browsed the wares at the official backstage Gift Lounge. Some of the premium giveaways? Mattel Games made a donation to Film Independent on behalf of each star that visited the lounge; one-year gym membership and private training at Crunch Fitness, estimated at $1,500; GKhair granted premiere VIP access to its tantalizing taming treatment, worth about $400-$500; a Perfect Pearl Luxury Skin Care Collection for moms and babies, worth $300, and a $199 gift card for Jabra REVO headphones.

The GBK Gift Lounge, held at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills Friday and Saturday, indulged celebs in a wide range of gratis items: A box of chocolate truffles and a gift certificate for an 8" custom design cake from Bread Basket Cake Co.; a Hi-Call "Bluetooth glove" that allows users to text and make phone calls; 12 months of one dozen Cookie Daddy Artisan Cookies; a silk scarf, complimentary consultation and $1000 design services gift certificate from Danielle Rios, Interior Designer; a gift certificate and service discount from Dr. Ted Eisenberg, author of The Scoop on Breasts: A Plastic Surgeon Busts Myths; three men's watches from Egard Watch Company; a $3,000 Voyage Gift card from private jet company Magellan Jets; three and four-night stays in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; a full portfolio of Skinnygirl cocktails, among other items.

Oh good, only the winners of an Oscar got to get the major gift bag, but they announced this morning that the nominees that did'nt win will get to take a $1000 gift home so that no nominnees go home empty handed, I thought that was sweet of them! Hey, if the actors have to pay taxes on like a 40 thousand gift bag and then donate it... where would the tax incentive be so they could write it off on their taxes to offset their income to reduce the income taxes they would have to pay? Obama is still wanting to lower the deductions for donation write offs even more this year and that is concerning to organizations like, shelters, drug programs, animal shelters, elderly progams etc... because the services will suffer because if that happens, less people will donat or donate less money... ironically the people that need the help, are the most probaly are the ones that voted for Obama and Biden... Then again, the ones needing services can help the organizations with good old fashioned fundraisers to help these organizations plus it would help the self esteem of the needy and to feel good about helping and not just asking for help. Thats a good thing.

Each star should get a gift bag with a piece of paper in it so they can write down the charity of their choice and have value of gifts donated. Their such hypocrits. Telling the test of us how to vote and where to give our money

Lmao.....yes, ALL this because celebrities CAN NOT afford a $170 coffee machine, $3,000 worth of traveling in a private plane, and Oh My God a 5 day stay in the Dominican Republic, a simple luxury even us regular ppl can afford, what a travesty...I hope things start looking up for celebrities financially speaking. **** ing joke.
