Nate Berkus is off the market!

The interior designer, 41, is dating Rachel Zoe's former assistant, Jeremiah Brent, a source confirms to Us Weekly.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, Berkus was seen getting cozy with The Rachel Zoe Project star at Barneys in NYC on Sunday, Dec. 5.

"They were kissing at the sunglass rack in the men's section," an eyewitness told Page Six. A photo of the twosome ice skating with a pal was also posted on Twitter that same day, and Brent attended Berkus' book signing for The Things That Matter at Bergdorfs.

The stylish guys were also photographed together on Monday, Dec. 3 at a holiday party in NYC benefiting Faith in America and The Tyler Clementi Foundation.

"So proud [of] Nate Berkus. Beautiful evening promoting truth, love and education http://www.tylerclementi.org. Love is love," Brent tweeted Tuesday.

Berkus was previously in a long-term relationship with Brian Atwood from 2007 to 2009. When Atwood became engaged to Dr. Jake Deutsch in August 2011, Berkus told Us, "We are still in touch and I am really, really happy for him."

Jojee, I in no way think you, or anyone else, is not entitled to an opinion. It is the hateful, judgmental comments that bother me. People acting like others do not have the same RIGHTS as everybody else. If people don't like it; look away, turn the channel or don't click on the article. Just because someone doesn't like or agree with someone's life does not mean they should be hateful or disrespectful. Honestly, I don't want to see anyone making out in public. It's just kind of gross. But I still accept that people have the right to do it. And I think everyone deserves respect as long as they are respectful of others. I find a lot of the comments on this site just flat-out rude. We have enough problems in the world with worrying about other people's lives and whether or not they live their lives the way WE think they should. It's none of our business. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. I'm sure nobody on here is without their own sins to worry about. That is all I am trying to say.

I am a very caring person and understand that some ppl r born gay but it still makes me sick to see them intimate in public, on TV, etc. I DO NOT NEED TO BE SORRY FOR HOW I FEEL! I have the right to my opinion also. And by the way, I am an intelligent, educated person. I am getting da mn tired of ppl thinking if u r pro gay or pro bisexual then u r the only ones that can express your opinion. We all have that right!!!

C C C, how are people that are simply living their lives forcing anything on you??? I honestly do not understand your stance. If you mean because the article states they kissed in public, are you also offended when unmarried people do the same? If I kiss my husband in public, is that offensive? I honestly just do not understand the hypocrisy. And, I should say, I come from a VERY conservative background. But I am smart enough to know that I have no right to judge ANYBODY. I will be judged for how I treated others; not just those that agree with me. And I am okay with that. Are you?

I find it funny that all of the people bashing homosexuality and talking about what marriage should and should not be can't even spell the words. I just think that ignorance and lack of education might go hand in hand. And for the record, I am a happily-married straight woman, so don't go making your ignorant assumptions about me. I think everyone deserves respect as long as they threat others with respect. It's that simple. What you do with your own life is not my concern. And, I'm sorry, but simply having an article about a gay couple is in no way shoving anything down our throats. This is an entertainment site, not a religious one. If you don't like the story, DON'T CLICK ON IT!!!! Simple solution.

Love all the bible thumper comments on here! I'm not gay, but with all the issues facing this world, the fact you people are so offended by two people who love each other, regardless of their gender, is ridiculous!! I Especially love the one asking why don't they just practice celibacy? Yes, they should never experience love, because it offends you! LOL

I don't condone this life style at all and I don't want it shoved down my throat but.....I also don't believe a person chooses to be this way, I truly believe it's something your born with, I believe it's genetic. I also think what people do in the privacy of their own home is up to them.
