Luisana Lopilato's pregnancy cravings are making her husband Michael Buble lose his appetite. The singer and first-time father-to-be spoke about his wife's new diet during an appearance on Entertainment Tonight Canada on Tuesday, Feb. 19.

"Some women crave pickles or ice cream. My wife wants blood sausages. Sausage made of congealed blood," Buble said. "And I promise you, she hated it her whole life and now she said, 'Mike, I want some blood sausage,' and it's like, 'What the hell?'"

Despite the 25-year-old Argentinean actress' unusual food request, Buble said he's "more in love with my wife than I ever was." (The spouses revealed their baby news in a video message Jan. 24.)

As he preps for fatherhood, the 37-year-old singer is already beginning to adjust his career commitments so he can spend more time at home. "I used to go for a month and a half or a month and then I would take a week off. And now the schedule is three weeks on, two weeks off," Buble said. "I just don't want to look back and say, 'God, I should have been there more,' because I have a feeling that I'll never look back and say, 'Jeez, I should have worked more.'"

Buble married Lopilato in a small civil ceremony in Buenos Aires on March 31, 2011. Days later, the couple tied the knot in front of 300 friends and family in their second set of nuptials. The pair's third wedding ceremony took place in May 2011 at Vancouver's Pan Pacific Hotel.
