First comes baby, then comes . . . mansion!

First-time parents-to-be Kim Kardashian and Kanye West** have purchased an $11 million home in a gated community in Bel Air, Calif., TMZ reports. A source told Us Weekly that the pregnant reality star, 32, her rapper beau, 35, plus Scott Disick** were spotted checking out the premises last Wednesday Jan. 2.

Although the original house is 10,000 square feet, TMZ reports that that couple plan to tear down the original structure to build a 14,000 square-foot Italian-style villa featuring a gym, movie theater, hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court and indoor and outdoor pools.

Other locals in the area include Jennifer Aniston, Sarah Michelle Gellar **and close Kardashian pal Joe Francis.

West first announced his love's surprise pregnancy Dec. 30 at a concert in Atlantic City, NJ.

"We feel so blessed and lucky," Kardashian, who is three months along, wrote the next day on her blog. "Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family."

Though I appear to be in the minority, I am very happy for this couple. She seemed so sad and defeated when her marriage to Kris Humphries failed. It seems like she's finally found her happiness with Kanye, and from all indications he absolutely adores her and is over the moon about their pregnancy. I hope for both their sakes that this is relationship that sticks. I believe strongly that you should always be friends first. It gives the romantic relationship a much more solid foundation, and they seem to have that. At the same time, neither one is riding the other's coat tails. They each understand the pressures and demands of the world they're living in. I hope she's able to finally terminate her ill fated marriage, so that the couple is free to take the next logical step for them!!!

I see how ppl thinks it's $11.00. Us u should proofread ur articles. Like seriously. Instead of writing $11 million write 11 million dollars so ppl would know smh

Whay I like is it's in Bel Air and not near momma like the rest of them :) once the babys born mommas going to lose her Kimye Kakes :) that might be Kanyes goal is to show who really wears the pants :) only time will tell :)

The only thing I find stupid! I already posted it ...but I have NO Problem with people buying a mansion, I just Don't Understand buying Several Homes, or Vacation Homes .... but $11mil to tear it down, then rebuild, it's a waste of money ...many Celebs put their homes up for sale ....they can just remodel,...silly to me.
