Justin Bieber's Grammy Snub: Manager Scooter Braun Says
December 6, 2012

Justin Bieber** may still be a belieber, but his manager Scooter Braun is losing a little bit of faith.

The 55th annual Grammy Awards nominations were announced Thursday, Dec. 6, and Bieber's name was not on the list. The 18-year-old "Baby" singer has been nominated for Grammy Awards before, but has never won.

"First . . . congrats to Carly Rae Jepsen**. Thought you deserved a best new artist nom, but proud Call Me Maybe got you 2 noms. So proud of You," Braun, the head of Schoolboy Records which Jepsen is signed to, tweeted Thursday. "Second . . . this time there wont be any wise words, no excuses, I just plain disagree. The kid deserved it. Grammy board you blew it on this one."

"The hardest thing to do is transition, keep the train moving. The kid delivered. Huge successful album, sold out tour, and won people over…" the 31-year-old manager added. ". . . This time he deserved to be recognized and I don't really have any kind nice positive things to say about a decision I don't agree with."

But Braun did have some nice words to say to artists who were nominated including Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Frank Ocean and others.

"So to all those nominated . . . you do deserve it. You worked hard and you earned it. Just feel like so did JB. "To his fans...looks like we get to stay the underdog a little longer. Bring it."

Bieber himself has yet to comment on his Grammy snub.

All these comments are bs, Justin Bieber is probably the hardest working star out there and i completely agree with his manger. Its bad enough that he has to do deal with haters in his personal life but there is no need for you guys to talk **** about him on the internet. Just get over it and stop being jealous just because he actually did something with his life unlike ya'll.

Perhaps if he put out actual quality music, he'll be nominated. The crap he puts out now is not worthy regardless of numbers he is at in thecharts and sold out tours.

JB was never nothing but a 1 kid boy band. All the boy bands only run around 5 years other cuter Brits come nipping at their toes old band is gone then the new generation of 8-16 year olds start a new scream fest. JB looked like a fool with his face stuck up the Victoria models behinds.

Maybe some people just don't find him to be musically talented. It's the Grammys not the MTV music awards. The boy needs to learn to handle rejection. Take it like a man.

Things were better when Jusin was just a normal kid that no one ever heard of, seriously.

The only song that I can recognize thats Justin's is baby. However, if Carly Jepson can get nominated twice then Justin should too. As much as people rag on him he does put up numbers and continually make hits.
