Jessica Biel** is all about defying fashion conventions these days.

After marrying Justin Timberlake in a pink wedding gown custom-designed by Giambattista Valli last month, she hit her first red carpet as a married woman the Sunday Nov. 18 premiere of Hitchcock in NYC.

Her chosen look for the occasion? A sheer, silver bead and lame mousseline embroidered tunic and pant by Oscar de la Renta, paired with strappy silver heels plus similarly-toned earrings and bracelet.

Biel told reporters that making the film, about the 1961 making of Alfred Hitchcock's horror masterpiece Psycho, was "amazing . . . this is the place where so much film history has happened and so many people have walked down those roads. It just felt ripe with history, kind of wonderful ghosts and spirits of time gone by . . . we were just transported to another time."

Biel was joined on the red carpet by costar Scarlett Johansson**, who congratulated her on her recent nuptials with a warm embrace. The actresses dished about her recent honeymoon in Tanzania, Africa, too.

"It was like magic," Biel gushed of the safari trip. "It was like heaven. It was the most beautiful thing."
