For a decade, Jennie Garth played the on-again, off-again love interest of Luke Perry's character on "Beverly Hills, 90210." The two became such close friends off-screen that they still hang out today, and recently sparked rumors of romance now that Garth, 40, is single, following her April split with husband of 11 years, Peter Facinelli. So, once and for all, are the actors who played Dylan and Kelly dating? "No! We're just really close friends," Garth tells omg! with a laugh. "I love him so much, dating him might be weird!"
Still, even Garth has to admit that the two "have always had a great chemistry together." The actors are looking to capitalize on that as they develop a show in which they'll once again play a couple o although it will likely be different than what's been reported. "It's probably not going to be a sitcom, but we're in the creative process right now, and I'm very excited about it," Garth says. "We're going to start having our creative meetings with writers and producers in the new year."

The mom of three girls o 15-year-old Luca, 10-year-old Lola, and 6-year-old Fiona o explains that there is one member of her family who's not so blase about Perry, who's 47. "My high-schooler's watched all 10 seasons and she really enjoyed it," Garth reveals. "Actually, she became a big Luke Perry fan! He came over for dinner, and she was a little starstruck."
