Jason Hoppy is still wearing his wedding band.
Four days after Bethenny Frankel** announced that she and Hoppy are separating after two years, the newly single dad dined alone in NYC Thursday, Dec. 27.
Looking somber, Hoppy, 41, sat inside a cafe sipping a hot beverage and talking on his cell phone. The NYC businessman and father of daughter Bryn, 2, was still wearing his wedding ring despite his recent split from Frankel, 42.
"We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority," the reality star, talk show host and mogul said in a statement to Us Weekly Sunday. "This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."
Frankel later tweeted, "I am heartbroken. I am sad. We will work through this as a family."
While Hoppy was dining at the cafe Thursday, his daughter was apparently spending time with her mother. Frankel tweeted that same day, "Bryn just got into my makeup and looks like she has war paint on."
The former Real Housewives of New York star married Hoppy in March 2010, and the two welcomed their daughter in May that same year. Their marriage was documented on Frankel's Bravo spinoff, Bethenny Getting Married.
