2012 was a good year for Hilary Duff.

The mother of one was feeling sentimental on Saturday, Dec. 29 and reflected on her year. "Having a child is so special!" Duff, 25, tweeted. "I know it's not NYE yet, but I'm just thinking about my year and feeling so blessed for my precious boy and Mike!"

Duff and husband Mike Comrie, who tied the knot in August 2010, welcomed their first child together, son Luca Cruz, on March 20. Since then, the Lizzie McGuire star has been enjoying motherhood and documenting special moments with her son on Twitter.

On Dec. 7, Duff tweeted an adorable photo of herself carrying her son. "Monkey and me at the park," she captioned the shot using Luca's adorable nickname.

Could another baby be in the couples' plan for 2013?

"Mike and I are literally so obsessed with Luca. He's perfect! We should just be one and done," Duff told Access Hollywood Live Dec. 14. "But I think once your kid starts getting older you miss that baby phase and you go in for round two."
