Giuliana Rancic Feeds Baby Duke for First Time Right After His Birth
November 19, 2012

The Duke's got quite the appetite!

Fans of STYLE's Giuliana & Bill have watched Giuliana and Bill Rancic**'s journey to parenthood unfold over the last five seasons, and on the Nov. 20 episode, little Edward Duke Rancic finally enters the world.

In a sneak preview clip from the special episode, the newborn's overjoyed parents bond with their son -- known by his middle name, Duke -- when Giuliana feeds him for the very first time. "This kid is like, super chill, man," Bill, 41, says as his wife tends to a serene -- and hungry! -- Duke in the Denver, Colo. hospital room where their surrogate Delphine gave birth on August 29.

"It feels good. I'm not nervous at all -- I feel like I can take care of him," Giuliana, 37, says proudly in the home video footage. "I expected to be more flustered but I feel totally at ease. It's kind of amazing. I just feel like I know what he needs!"

Now that their son is three months old, the couple say they can't get enough of watching their firstborn son explore the world. "Bill and I literally fight over who will be the one to get up with him in the middle of the night," the new mom wrote in a TODAY Show blog posted weeks after she and her husband of five years took their little boy home. "We both just want to be with him all the time and not miss anything!"

Giuliana & Bill airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. (EST) on STYLE.

I was actually a fan of her when she first started out on E! Now she's just annoying!! She's looking for a pat on the back for doing ye things EVERY MOTHER should be doing?!? Get over yourself guiliana!! Cancer doesn't give you a lifetime sympathy card! My cousin is currently in remission and she is 34 years old. She doesnt get special treatment for continually caring for her kids and working full time other than her treatment and when sick. She deserves a story, not your foul, bony, for the cameras only crying type!! Real moms don't need a pat on the back for taking good care of our kids!! We get the satisfaction from the happiness of kids and not from a photo shoot and cover story of our progress a a mother.

Other ppl have children whether it be biological, via surrogate, adopted, etc. and they all get fed. There are also good Foster parents out in the world. One thing that caught my attention, honestly I have never heard a proud parent of a newborn (ESP hrs old baby) say 'this kid' ... SMH.
