Gisele Bundchen** and Tom Brady** welcomed their second child, a girl, on Wednesday, Dec. 5. The couple's happy news was first reported by the Boston Globe.

The Brazilian supermodel, 32, and the New England Patriots quarterback, 25, named their daughter Vivian Lake. The newborn joins big brother Benjamin, 2, and half-brother John, 5, from Brady's previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan**.

"We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel," Bundchen told her Facebook fans.

She added, "Vivian Lake was born at home on Dec. 5. She is healthy and full of life. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings."

Us Weekly broke the news of Bundchen's second pregnancy in June.
