Now that his bitter custody battle with ex Halle Berry** is officially over, Gabriel Aubry** can make the most of his time with daughter Nahla.

The 37-year-old French-Canadian model -- still sporting sunglasses to cover up the black-eye he received during his Thanksgiving brawl with Oliver Martinez -- stepped out with his 4-year-old in L.A. Friday, Nov. 30.

His reunion with Nahla comes just one day after he and Berry, 46, "reached an amicable agreement" over the care of their child, according to a written statement released by Berry's attorney, Blair Berk. (No other details regarding the terms of their settlement were made available.)

The speedily-reached ceasefire was especially impressive, given the state of things just one week ago: on Thanksgiving, Aubry came to blows with Martinez at Berry's home.

Following the altercation, an emergency protective order was put in place to keep Nahla's dad from seeing his ex or their daughter. That order was set to expire Nov. 29.

Some people....geez I tell ya. Nahla deserves to live in the the lifestyle she's grown accustomed to. Whether she's with her mom or her dad. That is what the $20k is for a month. Also a friendly reminder: pretty sure no one on here is having the money withdrawn from their own personal bank account.

Nahla looks happy to be with her daddy! Glad the worked out their issues. A child needs both parents in their lives.

I lost my dad when I was 12. I still miss him many years later. It's very cruel to keep a child from their dad. She needs to realize Gabe is Nahla's dad whether she likes it or not.

Its great to hear they finally got to spend some father/daughter time together again.I'm sure they missed eachother like crazy! Regardless of who's right or wrong in this situation,it's clear that Gabriel loves his daughter and takes good care of her.I do agree with the other poster that mentioned him bruised and swollen face.Hopefully it's healed alot since the picture of him after the fight was released.That could be really scary to a little one.
