Jeff Lewis** is flipping out!

The Bravo star has filed a lawsuit against his longtime assistant and reality show costar, Jenni Pulos.

In court documents obtained by toofab, the Flipping Out star, 42, claims Pulos' new book about her experiences as his assistant violates a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement she signed in 2008 and 2010.

The suit charges that the book was originally titled, Hang in There, Baby: What One of the World's Most Difficult Bosses Taught Me About Life, Work and Love, but was later shortened to simply Hang in There, Baby.

Lewis is asking for "a preliminary and permanent injunction" against Pulos from "publishing any and all facts/or references to events . . . related in any manner to personal, private, property and confidential information."

On Thursday, Pulos tweeted, "Woke up this am, being sued by your boss is really putting on the Celebrity Cinderella Slipper, Bullies Aren't Cool."

im on jeffs side on this jenni has gotten an ego, look jeff can be insensitive at times but i think hes a good guy he just gets stressed an pple dont get in his line of work one mistake can cost him money an clients, he constantly gives them tools an advice how to do what he needs an they dont seem to care they constantly f u ck up if they d listen there wouldn't be much issues , jenni has been trying to use jeffs talents for years an make it seem like she was a designer with jeff when she was just an assistant to him schudling meetings etc. she has a commercial right now im not sure i think its deoderant mayb where shes acting like shes the interior designer to me it seems shes using jeffs fame an reputation as her own sje shouldnt of used the tittle she did it was wrong but i think mayb jeff should of waited mayb she was writing good about him she did say he taught her Alot in the cover tittle but i think he was worried based on her evasiveness to not give him a copy of the manuscript plus her early on lying that it was about her family. Team jeff.

He IS an a55hole for sure. I think he has even admitted it on the show before. I also think he is a particular jerk to women...maybe mommy issues, idk. However, if she signed a NDA, she is totally out of line to include that info in her book! The 2 worked well together, I thought. Just goes to show that outward appearances are just that, and nobody really knows what goes on behind the scenes!! Interesting article-way to change it up, Us. Not about KK, Riri, or Octomom. Refreshing! lol ;)
