Farrah Abraham sure can dish it out -- but apparently, she can't take it.

One month after undergoing $16,000 worth of plastic surgeries -- including rhinoplasty and a chin implant -- the former Teen Mom star is slamming fellow MTV reality celeb Jenelle Evans for calling her cosmetic enhancements "insane."

"Only 21 years old and went under 3 plastic surgeries already?!" Evans -- who got a boob job in May 2012 -- posted on Sulia. "That's insane if you ask me!"

In addition to her recent facial surgeries, Abraham, 21, famously increased her cup size from an A to a C cup. "After having a baby, my boobs went away. It hurt my self-esteem," she told Us Weekly in July 2011. "I didn't feel like I was woman enough anymore. I knew I could be happier."

After Evans' recent rant, Abraham -- the mom of 3-year-old Sophia -- went on the defensive, calling her franchise costar uneducated.

"There are lots of teen mothers on MTV who are very not intelligent," Abraham told RumorFix, taking a dig at Evans, the mom of Jace, 3. "I'm one of them who really works hard, who really educated myself and really cares about people. And lots of the time they call me a bitch and then act like my friend, but that's normal because I think that's what the world has become. But [the drama] is just not in my life."

Have only seen bits and pieces of that show which NEVER should have been on the air...how many girls went and got knocked up in hopes to BE on that I sane show!!!?!! Ugh! But... It's sad they spent so much on their looks when you have children you need to look to the future and save for them. And I hate to be criuel but she wasted her money she looks terrible! She looked fine before natural and young... Now she looks like a middle aged woman! Not a good thing... Babies having babies is what the show should have been called!!!

Both of them need to focus on their kids and save that money from the show for those kids. But let's see Farrah was all for partying and hanging out instead of watching the baby at one point in time too. And she let Sophia fall off the bed cause she was to worried cause she stupidly got ripped off on craigslist about a car! I mean jenelle isn't a saint either but that's a pot calling the kettle black. they are both selfish, half the money they made they should've had to put away for their kids who were shown on the show.

Both are ignorant, uneducated young girls with no class. That money should have been put in a college fund for their kids. They should both pay attention to their kids and stop saying nasty comments back and forth, they have better things they should be doing. Close your mouths and your legs!!!!

The money the both wasted on surgeries could have been put aside for their kids. Jenelle should worry about herself and trying to be a mother to Jace, instead of worrying about others.
