Crystal Harris** is set to marry Hugh Hefner** on New Year's Eve -- and this time she won't be getting cold feet!

The Playboy model, 26, called off her first wedding to the Playboy founder, 86, in June 2011, just days before the ceremony. But after reconciling one year later, the couple now plans to wed at the Playboy Mansion over the holiday.

On Dec. 19, Harris' best friend and business partner, Ashley Matthau, threw her a bridal shower at Femme Fatale, their new lingerie store in Studio City, Calif, which also features a party room. The theme of the party was a combination of Harris' two favorite things: Disney and Christmas!

"We really love Disney. We are huge fans. We go to Disneyland together a lot. My favorite movie is The Little Mermaid, so she got me an Ariel-themed cake," Harris told Us Weekly. "I was deciding what kind of shower I wanted, and I thought I didn't really want a lingerie shower, since I have more than enough lingerie."

Instead, Harris asked her pals to give her Christmas ornaments in lieu of gifts to help decorate the tree she and Hefner have in their bedroom.

"It was really sweet. I opened all the ornaments -- some were wedding themed, some were Disney -- and that was a lot of fun," she said. During the shower, the ladies enjoyed dinner from Vitello and treats from Sprinkles Cupcakes, in addition to the Disney-themed cake. "We played fun games too. We did questionnaires about who knows the bride best –- Ashley won, and my mom came in second!"

Harris and Hefner obtained a marriage license Dec. 4, and, shortly after, Hefner's ex-girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt**, announced that they were planning a New Year's Eve ceremony.

"We're keeping it really small this time," Harris told Us. "We're happy about it. It's going to be a quiet private wedding here at the Mansion with our close friends. Staying at home."

"I think with everything that happened before –- we want to keep it quiet and private," she explained. "Last time it turned into a a big ordeal and then it all fell apart."

Why did she call it off in 2011?

"I moved into the Mansion really young. I was 21 or 22," she said. "I needed to explore out there and take the time away. The time away really helped make me realize that where I'm meant to be is here with Hef. Hef cares for me so much, and I care for him so much. We love each other. I felt like I needed to be home and this is home for me."

But Harris is now ready to say "I do."

"This time around is amazing. Our relationship is better than it ever has been before," she shared. "I'm very happy and Hef's very happy and we're excited."
