Brad Pitt Battles Zombies in World War Z Movie Trailer
November 8, 2012

In order to protect his family, Brad Pitt** is taking on zombies!

The highly-anticipated first trailer for the Marc Forster-director film adaptation of Max Brooks' zombie novel, World War Z, was released Thursday.

In the zombie apocalypse thriller, Pitt, 48, stars as Gerry Lane, a family man and United Nations fact-finder who is enlisted to help save the world after zombies attack.

The film was originally set to premiere in December, but was pushed back June 21, 2013 after conducting reshoots. In October 2011, a source told Us Weekly, "The film is already over budget and over schedule."

The film also stars The Killing's Mireille Enos and Lost's Matthew Fox. Watch the trailer above and tell Us: Are you excited to see World War Z?

Love Zombie flicks and end of the world/doomsday movies. Love Mireille Enos too. She rocks. Nothing like one of these flicks to warm your heart and make you feel hopefully about mankind. Hey I'm there.

Us, I went to the full site to see the trailer, but to no avail.........wrong link. Oh well, I'll just have to find it elsewhere. Although I'm not a Pitt fanatic, some of his movies are ok, and zombie movies are fun, so I'm definitely going to see World War Z.......now; off to find the trailer.........

She is only four years old but she wants to help. So we promised her that we would do that for her. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Completely off topic but if any of you live in NYC my husband and I will be there this weekend. My granddaughter asked us to please take coats, blankets and hot chocolate to the homeless children for her. I want to honor her wish. So if anyone knows of a shelter that we can contribute to I would really appreciate knowing where we should go to help.
