Sean Lowe isn't just looking for a wife -- he's looking for a woman to bear his children.

In a sneak preview from season 17 of The Bachelor, the 29-year-old opens up about his burning desire to become a father. "I want to start a family and just have a house that's full of love and laughter," the Dallas-based insurance agent says. "I want to spend my time hanging out with those that I love . . . That's what I want."

Though the single reality star loves being an uncle to his sister's two children, Lowe says, "I can only imagine how much that's going to intensify once I have my own kids."

Lowe -- who first competed for Emily Maynard**'s affections on The Bachelorette -- is eager to start the next chapter of his life with the woman of his dreams. "I know love's out there for me," he says. "With 25 women, I'm hoping that I can find it with one of them."

The Bachelor premieres Monday, Jan. 7, at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
