Angus T. Jones' Two and a Half Men Rant Mocked by Rainn Wilson
November 27, 2012

Just like actor Angus T. Jones, Rainn Wilson thinks his TV show is "filth" too!

The Office star posted a new video on his Facebook page Tuesday, mocking the bizarre rant Jones made Monday against his CBS series Two and a Half Men.

Joined by his costar Craig Robinson, Wilson, 46, says in the video, "Dwight from The Office is nothing, OK? The Office is nothing, alright? If you watch The Office, please don't watch The Office. I'm on The Office. It's filth. And that filth will rot your brain."

But Wilson conveniently mentioned the show's timeslot, adding, "Take it from me, who's on The Office, please don't watch it, Thursday nights at 9 on NBC. Do not watch this final season or that filth will rot your brain. Seriously."

On Monday, Jones, 19, gave a very similar testimonial for Forerunner Chronicles, a group linked to the Voice of Prophecy Seventh-Day Adventist church, posted on YouTube -- but he was serious.

PHOTS: Stars' big breaks**

"If you watch Two and a Half Men, please stop watching Two and a Half Men," the young actor said during his religious testimonial. "I'm on Two and a Half Men, and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth."

"People say it's just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch," ranted Jones, who has played Jake Harper on the CBS series since its 2003 debut. "Jake from Two and a Half Men means nothing."

Yet still completely different to the Seventh day Adventist. Being that I'm not religious, even in the slightest, the only reason I know that they're different from the LDS is because I know someone who is a Seventh day Adventist. So excuse me for mixing up Jehovah's and Mormons. But at least I know why American's celebrate Thanksgiving, and I'm not even American! :0/

No, why would I need a Xanax? Is there a law that when you give people correct information, you all of a sudden need a chill pill? Thanks, but no thanks. I'm one of the few who DON'T get bent out of shape on an online comment forum. Best keep those for the people who take this shite way too serious.

@AskmeIfICarehowufeel....the name Angus is actually a Scottish name, not a 'cut of beef', as you mentioned. I suppose if you've only ever HAD cuts of beef, then I could understand why you'd think that's what he's named after. However, if you were familiar with names, you'd know that Angus is indeed a very Scottish name, so I'm betting his parents probably named him due to having roots there, rather than them liking cows. Although, since I don't know them first hand, I couldn't say for certain. But I'm 99.9% sure he's not named for their favourite cut of cow.

@LTC'sGirl....The Seventh day Adventist, isn't the LDS. Two TOTALLY different religions. The Latter Day Saints are Jehovah's Witnesses. The Seventh day Adventist is a Protestant group, who believe Saturday is the sabbath. I'm neither of these religions myself, but I know someone who is a Seventh day Adventist. Just thought I'd let you know that they're NOT the same religion. It's like apples and oranges actually.

Angus has a right to voice his feelings, but it may cost him his job. People watch sitcoms, drama, and reality shows for entertainment, they don't take it seriously.
