Bye Bye Bel-Air!

Meg Ryan is parting with her swanky 1930's-era Bel-Air mansion, the Los Angeles Times reports. After nearly four years on the market (she first listed it in 2008, for $19.5 million), the actress finally found a buyer for the 6,877 square-foot home -- for $8 million less than what her original asking price. (The final price tag on the property? $11.125 million.)

Ryan's former Spanish-style home boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, four fireplaces, a pool, a screening room, and a guesthouse.

The When Harry Met Sally star listed her property with David Offer of Prudential California Realty's Brentwood, Calif. office; the buyers were represented by Los Angeles' Westside Estate Agency.

No word yet on if she plans to shack up with her love of nearly two years, John Cougar Mellencamp, now that she's sold her Bel-Air digs.
