Let the first pumping commence!
The cast of MTV's breakout hit, Jersey Shore, will film a second season. The network announced late Friday that they have ordered 12 episodes that will begin airing this summer.
Everyone's favorite guidos, including DJ Pauly D, Mike "The Situation," Snooki, J-Woww, Sammi, Ronnie and Vinny, have all signed on after weeks of salary negotiations.
"Our audience has fallen in love with Jersey Shore and its amazing cast who have really grown together as a family," Tony DiSanto, MTV's president of programming, said in a statement. "That bond gives the show its heart, and we're thrilled to reunite these friends."
Still, don't expect them to be back at their Jersey Shore beach house. According to a network statement, the group will "escape the cold northeast and find themselves in a new destination."
For those who missed out on the wildly successful reality show -- the No. 1 original cable series in January among viewers aged 12 to 34 -- MTV plans to air the complete first season before the Super Bowl kickoff on Feb. 7.

this show is a bit of a guilty pleasure..these kids are entertaining..I'd party with them..but I wouldn't want kids under 18 watchin it lol..also which one's Pauly D? the big juiced up one? I hear he's with Farrah (sp?) from Teen Mom! US, how bout bringing good stories like that instead of the Kartrashians daily blab :)

I watched the show and I admit that I like it too!!! I think alot of it is pretty funny...... especially the dancing. If thats what its supposed to be!!! They are THE WORSE DANCERS EVER!!!!! Too FUNNY!!!! there ought to be a law against that type of public humility! But I will continue to watch! Gotta get my laugh on!!!

I don't think your audiences fell in love with the show.I think they watch it for actual entertainment...to laugh at how dumb these people are. To me it is a waste of 24 minutes even just for entertainment but hey whatever floats peoples boats haha
