Blue Ivy's daddy is ready to party!
On Wednesday, Jay-Z was the man of the night at the grand re-opening of 40/40, his NYC club. In his first public appearance since wife Beyonce gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy on Jan. 7, the 42-year-old rapper (real name: Shawn Carter) was bum-rushed by reporters, photographers and well-wishers on the red carpet.

"Hi everybody!" the "Glory" rapper said amidst the melee. When the crowd congratulated him on Blue Ivy's birth, he replied with a "thank you" and a huge smile. Still recuperating from delivering Blue at an "executive suite" at Lenox Hill Hospital, his wife of three years Beyonce, 30, skipped the night out.
Once inside the club, Jay-Z fielded a whole new crush of excited pals and fans wishing him well: Ashanti, Russell Simmons, Swizz Beatz, Selita Ebanks, even hard-partying billionaire Warren Buffett!

After parking himself by the upstairs bar, the rapper celebrated with shots of Patron and flutes of Ace of Spades champagne; throughout the night, he pulled out his phone and happily showed photos, presumably of his brand-new baby girl, to friends, who gave him and hugs and high-fives.
"Jay was beaming the whole time," an observer says.

Also at the bash, the hip-hop mogul's sister, Michelle, was overheard updating her own friends about her niece and sister-in-law. "Everyone is fine!"
No word yet on when Beyonce will make her first public appearance since becoming a mom.
After leaving 40/40 just past 1 a.m., the new dad continued the party at hotspot 1Oak in Manhattan's Meatpacking district. "He wasn't doing anything crazy," a source reports. "Just chilling, laughing, and talking."

Don't care if he has other kids don't like his or the wifes music.I just really REALLY hope it doesn't look like him.he's real ugly that ape face icant imagini a baby with the mothers body and that,that face.poor kid .good luck with that.

There really are some disturbing comments on here. About an innocent newborn, and the parents that we dont know personally. I know everyone is intitle to their own opinion,but really have some compasion for a baby that was not asked to be brought into this world or can even defend herself.

I don't believe he has any other kids, other than Blue Ivy. But say he does...how does it has an affect on your life? Also why is it important to keep stressing that he does when you don't know what goes on behind his doors? People need to stop with this..and to keep stressing the story as if you feel the pain of your child being denied maybe it hits close to home! Lol. Live your life..and get your stuff together, and stop playing saint on the internet when the men in the town you live in probably passed your tired **** around. Lol. Get it together! Hate is a diease..and there is a cure!

I hope and pray people would leave this baby alone. I understand if you don't like the parents..by all means say whatever, but a innocent child? Then disrespect people with learning disabilities or what i consider a special gift? You are a coward! That's not cool at all. This child was born in to this world with parents that just so happend to be fortunate because of they work ethics, and they career choices...so they have the money for the best health care, schools, and etc. They do donate, and start businesses to allow people to have jobs, and give out money to different charities for college scholarships and so on and so on. Beyonce is not out hear bad mouthing other celebs, and defintley not yelling out price tags for items she buys..other people do. Or out here drinking and showing her vajayjay...but she is all the mean things? I don't get the hate..P.s. everybody goal in life should be to get ahead, and have success..so why is either one of the people wrong for working, and making there dreams reality?

he's happy because june ambrose the surrogate gave birth to his second daughter and nobody knew june ambrose was pregnant all eyes where on beyawnce remember the baby has shawn mouth, ears, and nose. june ambrose daughter has shawn's mouth,ears, and nose google it good day;)
