Oh please, the only reason Gwen Stefani stepped foot in a Target is because she has a contract with them for a clothing line. Glad she stopped bleaching her kid's hair...it's a really unhealthy thing to do to a child. Quite frankly, I'm surprised her own hair hasn't all fallen out or broken off due the her constant chemical processes. Her scalp must hurt.
