Lindsay Lohan is not getting any VIP treatment in prison -- so says her mother, Dina.
Dina -- who visited Lindsay with younger daughter Ali and Lindsay's ex Samanthan Ronson on Thursday -- slammed reports that the 24-year-old actress is enjoying any perks behind bars.
"She doesn't have cell phone privileges, that's absurd," Dina, 47, told Radaronline. "She doesn't even have a pillow to sleep on."

The mom added that she isn't allowed physical contact with her famous daughter during their visits.
"I talk to her through glass. There's a phone and we put her on speaker but I can't even hug my daughter...She's treated like a common criminal."
Still, she stressed, "I have to say that the people inside have been pretty cool to her...the guards and the inmates."

The Mean Girls actress -- convicted of violating her probation stemming from a 2007 DUI -- has been behind bars since July 20. Her release date remains undetermined.
Whenever she leaves Lynwood, the star must report immediately to an inpatient rehab facility within the state. On Thursday, Jane Robison, a spokesperson for the L.A. County District Attorney's office, told UsMagazine.com that Lohan must report to her rehab program "sooner" than the 24 hours previously ordered by a judge.

"She does not get to pick the facility," Robison added. "It will be chosen by the judge in consultation with our prosecutor, [Lohan's' defense attorney and the probation department."

DINA SHE IS IN THE COUNTY JAIL; IN MOST STATES THE VISITORS CAN'T EVEN HAVE A CELL WHEN VISIT LET ALONE THE INMATES YES I SAID INMATE AND THAT IS WHAT LINDSAY IS. SHE WILL GET OUT IN A FEW DAYS AND SHE WOULD BE ABLE 2 HAVE HER DAMN CELL PHONE AND PILLOW!

newsflash Dina....2 the court system & prison, ur daughter IS JUST A COMMON CRIMINAL! she's a washed up ex-movie star who hasn't done anything productive with her career (or life!) in the past 2 yrs. she's a professional partygirl who needed this jail situation 2 happen so she can hopefully turn herself around. she cud have it so much worse. she really needs 2 thank the judge who sentenced her....this may just save her life.

Just a little rebuttal for an earlier poster- it isn't just 'lil white chicks in entertainment who flaunt the law and get away with it totally or just get a slap on the wrist! I guess you forgot about Brandi and Halle Berry, and their legal woes? Brandi killed a woman in a car wreck and walked with a slap, and a drunk Halle wrecked and left the scene, with people injured, and got a slap on the wrist! She did get a scar on her forehead from the wreck, but what about her victims? What about Chris Brown? His ex fans punished him more than the law did! I'm not even going to list all the rappers who go thru our courts like a revolving door with a fine and a wrist slap. You don't have to make it a racial thing, ALL celebrities enjoy a teflon coat when it comes to law breaking, and the charges slide off like water off a duck's back. It has nothing to do with color, so don't try to make it a racial issue.
