Jenelle Evans has had a rough couple of months, and now it appears she's facing yet another obstacle. The Teen Mom 2 star is currently in rehab trying to overcome a drug problem, her attorney confirms.

"Jenelle is in a rehabilitation treatment facility in North Carolina to address any addiction issues for drug use," Dustin R. T. Sullivan told E! News on Wednesday, March 6. He did not comment on how long she would be there or what type of drug addiction she was being treated for.

The news adds to what has already been a difficult year for Evans, 21, mom to 3-year-old son Jace. In January, the MTV star suffered a miscarriage, after which she accused her husband, Courtland Rogers, of abandoning her during the crisis and cheating on her. She also later filed assault charges against him.

Rogers is now paying the price for those charges. While his wife is in rehab, the 27-year-old dad -- he has a child from a previous relationship -- is cooling his heels in a Brunswick County detention facility, E! reports. According to law enforcement officials, he was arrested when Pender County Sheriff deputies responded to a disturbance call in Hampstead, N.C. The call "didn't have anything to do with him," Deputy Chester Ward told E!, but officers discovered he had outstanding warrants against him and took him into custody.

"He just happened to be at the residence," Ward added. "We put him in our holding jail and processed him here and Brunswick County picked him up this morning."

Brunswick County Sheriff's Office Public Information officer Emily Flax confirmed to E! that Rogers is in a detention facility. The charges include four counts of assault on a female, as well as two counts of battery on an unborn child.

People are more ignorant then you thought? Lets get this straight... Who is counting their days clean? Who is the one sitting in rehabs? who is the one helping to increase the crime rate? sorry babe, you are the ignorant one... I could go on all day about you guys feeling sorry for yourselves but I don't have time because unlike the addicts that take one day at a time. I plan my DAYS and look at the big picture to plan my life in a productive manner.

Wow... hopeless, I was trying to simplify it for the simpletons here. BECAUSE YOU DID MAKE A CHOICE TO DO DRUGS. So move on... Yhea, its so **** people don't understand NO, STUPIDITY IS NOT UNIQUE!

Hmm....defining addiction by comparing it to...a candy bar... i think I will simply move on.Unfortunately, some are far less informed and far more ignorant than I thought.

Oook, Let me simplify this for the... lets just try this... you and I go into a store to get a snack...We both watch our weight, to continue to look good... well, I know the candy bar would taste good, so I buy the banama, that was my choice.., now you say, the banana or apple has less calories and better for me, but I am going to try this new chocolate candy, YOU MADE YOUR CHOICE,.., Me, being the good friend that I am, remind you the candy is 300 calories, you say, oh I know it could cause weight gain, but I am still going to get the candy.... YOU MADE THE CHOICE TO GET THE CANDY, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD ALL THE FACTS TO HELP YOU MAKE THE CORRECT CHOICE...But you ignored the known facts and your friend.. Now you are fat and you CHOSE to be fat, I, having the same facts that you had...CHOSE to stay slim. THE SAME WITH DRUGS, We all have the facts about how addicting drugs are, how once your addicted, it destroys so many things in your life, knowing all that and you still CHOOSE to do drugs..Then thats your CHOICE.

Really??....people honestly CHOOSE to become addicts? I can't fathom ANYONE 'CHOOSING' to hurt loved ones,lose homes, friends,jobs,their sanity... I can't think of ONE person that 'chooses' to live in pain, destruction,insanity, sadness,despair and Loneliness.no one WANTS to live that way... But with help, hope,support,treatment and guidance...one can CHOOSE to change their lives...THEN learn to live life and CHOOSE not to use again.

Again, I ask, We all knew certain drugs are highly addictive, knowing that I CHOSE not to use. Some of you CHOSE to use drugs... Why? I might be able to understand alcohol and gambeling sneaking up on you but DRUGS, COME ON, YOU CHOSE IT. We all had to make that choice, when we was'nt using and we all know it was addictive. oh, no, it does'nt mean your a bad person... but making the choice to use it that very first time... well, lets say not smart.
